Completely renovated holiday home in a prime location. The living room offers a nice sitting area and dining area with kitchen. This is equipped with a combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso and filter coffee maker. There is a double bedroom downstairs. The bathroom has a shower and sink and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with single beds. You can relax in the sun on the terrace.

The holiday home is on a small-scale site, completely car-free. There is a playground available. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby ?! You park the cars on your own property. You are in the pleasant center of Zoutelande within 10 minutes walking distance.
Surroundings
The beach is within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday on the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande is reachable within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bike rental and a fresh bakery. The mundane Domburg is half an hour by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments.

/wenn man bei Ihnen nur einen Urlaub buchen kann, wenn man ein Smartphone hat,ist es für uns uninteressant. Wir fahren seit 40 Jahren 3 bis 4 mal nach zoutelande, bei der Buchung wussten wir nicht, dass man ohne Smartphone das Haus nicht betreten kann .Ältere Leute wie wir haben nicht alle ein Smartphone. Wir können das Risiko einer Buchung bei Ihnen nicht eingehen, wenn man technisch nicht so ausgerüstet ist.
