Welcome to the small-scale Vista Maris apartment complex. The complex is located exactly between the Scheldt and the Sint-Annaland marina. Apartment 4 offers a beautiful, wide view over the water. Enjoy a variety of water sports, including windsurfing, sailing and swimming, or take a day to relax on the Sint Annaland beach. You can also enjoy the surroundings directly from the holiday home: spot the ships, birds or seals. There is something for everyone here!

Accommodation
Apartment 4 is a single-floor accommodation with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large storage room. Relax on the couch in the bright living room or play a game at the dining table. A high chair is available for small children. If you have pets, they are also welcome (maximum of two). The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and both a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. There is also a small bar. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Both bedrooms have a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bedside table and closet. One of the two bedrooms has a TV, and a folding cot is available (60x120 cm). Wake up in the morning and step out of your bedroom onto the balcony overlooking the water. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a balcony on both sides, offering a beautiful view. The largest terrace has a dining table and lounge chairs and overlooks the marina. The second terrace looks out over the Scheldt.

Apartment 4 has one parking space. There is also free parking at the beginning of Havenweg. If you come by bike, you can store it in the storage room with electrical outlet on the first floor.

Surrounding area
Apartment 4 looks out over the water. The combination of sand, salty wind and plenty of sunshine are a unique introduction to Zeeland. You can enjoy water sports and take amazing hiking and cycling trips in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. You can take your bike on the boat to Zierikzee or visit the centre of Sint-Annaland where you can find numerous restaurants and stores.
