Description
In this friendly furnished vacation home, you will feel at home with your family from the very first moment.
You enter the living/dining room area through the entrance hallway. A corner sofa invites you to relax, Adjacent is the dining table. In the fully equipped open kitchen, you will find everything to prepare a delicious meal. You enter the one bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm from the living room. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet.
You can access the grape-covered seating area and the natural garden through the sliding door in the living room. Your children will enjoy using the various playground equipment. But there is still enough space for the adults to relax in the deck chairs under the parasol in the healthy North Sea air. The garden borders with a water channel, separated by a green fence.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. In the first, you slip under the covers in a double bed 180 x 200 cm. In the second there are 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. In both bedrooms, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning.
Next to the entrance door is a small storage room with a washing machine and a 2nd refrigerator with a freezer.
In front of the house, you will find 2 parking spaces.
If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.

Es war sauber. Aber das Haus und das Inventar ist teilweise veraltet und ist auch im Zuge des Preises nicht den normalen Ansprüchen gerecht.
- Bad für bis zu sechs Menschen zu alt, zu klein
- Fahrräder defekt- Matrazen zu alt und werden wohl nie gewechselt

Zunächst ist uns (alle Nichtraucher!) leider ein sehr starker ZIgarettenrauch-Geruch aufgefallen, der auch nach tagelangem Aufenthalt mit mehrfachen intensivem Querlüften nicht ganz wegzubekommen war. Das war sehr ärgerlich - zumal in Ihrem Gästeordner das Rauchen ausdrücklich untersagt ist/war.
Das Geschirr war überwiegend sauber, aber nicht alles.
Die Stühle für den Gartentisch mussten wir selbst zum Gebrauch erst sauber machen - so wie offenbar schon bereits einige Vormieter laut deren Online-Beurteilung.

Prima woning echter de airco van een slaapkamer was defect wat lastig was met de warme temperaturen.
Het schuurtje was op slot waar volgens mij de BBQ en de parasol te vinden waren

Geweldig! Dichtbij het strand en genoeg voor kinderen in de omgeving te doen. Ook leuke stadjes als Middelharnis/Hellevoetsluis/Brielle binnen een half uur rijden.

Ja sehr. Der Ort ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Sauberer Strand und sehr schöne Veranstalltungen. Das Zirkusfest, die Fahrradlichtertour und das Feuerwerk hat uns besonders gut gefallen.
