Description
The tree- and wooded park Prinsenhof is a small-scale holiday park, very quietly located on the Oud Nieuwlandsweg.
There are no amenities. But the nearby supermarket is within walking distance (500-800m).
Prinsenhof 4 is a tastefully furnished holiday home, which is located in a quiet part of the Prinsenhof park, with a view of the neighboring horse meadow.
The house has every possible comfort for a carefree holiday.
The living room has a large sitting area and there is also the fireplace. The open kitchen is around the corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare a delicious meal.
From the living room you can go out through the sliding doors to the terrace and there you have a wonderful panoramic view!
The large garden is located on the southwest and offers a lot of privacy due to the complete fence.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each.
In the attic, which can be reached via a loft ladder, is another bedroom with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds.
The bathroom with washbasin and shower cubicle is adjacent to the hall. The toilet is separate.
Both the beach and the center of Ouddorp are a few minutes by bike.

Das Haus war sauber, etwas Spinnweben in den Ecken und die Couch war etwas sandig.
Es ist nur eine Anmerkung und kein großer Kritikpunkt.
Wir sind selber mit zwei Hunden angereist und da kann es sein, dass das ein oder andere nicht 100% ist.
Das Putzpersonal musste am Abreisetag noch 5 Minuten auf uns warten und sie waren sehr freundlich :-).

Veel spinnenweb en spinrag in hoeken (grond) de badkamer is een drama (Joop had t al gezegd en badmatjes gegeven als “dammetje”) het afschot is minimaal en een dorpel is wel noodzakelijk. De keuken is gedateerd maar prima. De bedieningsbanden van de rolluiken (vooral
In de keuken) zijn wel aan t eind van de levensduur. 2e bed boven is meer een kinderbed, dunner matras

Mit dem Reinigungsstandard waren wir zufrieden. Meister Proper und Oma Pingelig hätten sicher noch die eine oder andere Fussel gefunden. Aber man muss ja nicht suchen ;-) Einzig die staubverklebte (ehemalige) Esszimmerlampe in der Küche war keine Sauberkeitszierde. Persönlich würde ich diese Lampe gegen die Strahlerleuchte (im Gartenhaus auf dem Boden liegend) austauschen.
