Description
This cozy vacation home radiates a rustic atmosphere and is located in the middle of the beautiful, green Noordzeepark. In the large garden on the southeast side it is wonderful to relax and enjoy it in the sun or under the sun blinds in various garden furniture. Here not only your children have enough space to play, but also your four-legged friend can not escape thanks to the total fencing.
From the entrance area, a separate toilet with a small hand basin and the bathroom await you. You can already look forward to the showering pleasure under the shower panel with various massage jets. Doors open and YOU stand in the attractive living and dining area with an adjacent open kitchen. At the large table, the children can paint and play or the family can relax and have their meals. The spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV is a free place to relax.
A soothing night's rest can be found in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed 180 x 200 cm. Likewise, you will find a closet as well as a sink here. The two other bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds 90 x 200 cm. Another toilet with a small hand basin is also always appreciated.
A washing machine is available in the storage room. 2 cars can park next to the house.
If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.

Sehr schön, großer Garten, allerdings nicht ganz so hundesicher, wie erwartet. Hunde konnten nur an langer Leine und am Erdhaken möglich.
Nachbarschaft teilweise etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht.
Sonst alles gut. Gute Betten, gute Dusche, zwei separate Toiletten, gute Couch im Wohnzimmer, guter Fernseher und WLAN. Kühlschrank groß mit Gefrierschubladen, Gasherd und Mikrowelle mit Backofen Funktion. Alles intakt und sauber.

Das Ferienhaus liegt nah zum Meer. Das hat uns gut gefallen. In den Ort muss man mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto fahren.
