Semi-detached house with modern high-quality equipment, an exclusive temporary home for a maximum of 10 people. Here everyone can feel completely comfortable and relax. It is possible to rent both semi-detached houses as a unit (see description Villa Mastlo).

From the entrance area is also immediately the door to the first bedroom with a double box-spring bed 180 x 200 cm, TV, and its own open bathroom with ground-level shower and sink. Further, we find here a separate toilet with a hand basin. Now we enter the cozy furnished living area with many uses - a game night with the kids or friends, or enjoy a relaxing evening with their favorite show. A couch can be converted into a sofa bed. In the fully equipped open kitchen, equipped with everything, you can prepare delicious meals at any time and enjoy them together at the cozy dining table. 

Upstairs, in three bedrooms there are comfortable box-spring beds for a relaxing night's rest. In one room there is a double bed 180 x 200 cm with a TV. In the other two, you will find two single beds 80 x 200 cm each. A spacious bathroom with a ground-level shower, bathtub, and double washbasin complete the elevated equipment.

The garden on the west side, delimited by hedges and offering plenty of privacy, is easily accessible through a door in the living room. Here is the perfect place to serve all fellow travelers something delicious from the grill master under the covered seating area, or just enjoy the sun on the comfortable lounger on the artificial grass. Afterward, the younger ones will have fun on the ground-level trampoline, while those seeking relaxation will enjoy the covered whirlpool (which can be booked for an extra charge). So everything is arranged for a perfect vacation!

In front of the house can park 2 cars. If you arrive with more cars, they can park along a road about 80m away. The parking lot is equipped with a charging station of the brand NewMotion. Here you can charge your electric car via a charging card for a fee. A washing machine is available in the house.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.

Order Breakfast?

From 8.30 am to 10.00 am, we deliver a luxurious breakfast directly to your accommodation. Enjoy fresh rolls, a variety of brown and white bread, crackers, yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, boiled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, an assortment of deli meats and cheese, butter and sweet spreads.

What you need to know:

• Place your breakfast order at least 24 hours in advance.
• The price is €22.50 per person and is designed to feed an adult.
• We require a minimum order of 2 breakfast portions.
• If you do not want deli meats, please mention this in the comments field along with the name of your accommodation. You can indicate this, for example, with the text: 'Preferably without deli meats'.
• We deliver between 8.30 am and 10.00 am.
