The cottage "Barledunes" offers everything for the perfect vacation: quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds, a cozy furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, and a garden area equipped with all the recreational facilities it needs for natural regeneration.

From the entrance area, in addition, to access to the bathroom with floor-level shower, bathtub with shower option, and sink, you can also reach a separate toilet with a small hand basin and 2 bedrooms. In both rooms, you will spend your well-deserved night's rest in a double box-spring bed 180 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm respectively.

Through the hallway, you continue into the large bright living room, where many cozy places invite you to relax. The dining area with the kitchen is spacious and connected with the living room in an L-shape. The kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with all the luxuries you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining table is suitable for 8 people but can be extended to 10 people.

From many sides, you have the opportunity to enter the unique garden area with plenty of privacy. The children enjoy themselves on the large ground-level trampoline and various toys. The older ones jump along or enjoy the aperitif in the lounge on the south side, protected from the sun by a sun blind and/or parasol. But also somewhere in this green oasis in a deck chair to unwind and listen to the inspiring sounds of nature is part of it. If it gets too hot, just take cool down under the outdoor shower. You can end the evening with a delicacy from the stone grill at the garden table on the covered southeast seating area. The outdoor sauna and whirlpool are certainly the highlight of this garden complex, which you can rent for an additional fee.

From the entrance area, a staircase leads to the 1st floor. Here you will find 2 sleeping chambers with once 2 (80 x 200 cm) and once 4 (90 x 200 cm) single box spring beds.

There is a washing machine at your disposal. At least 4 cars can park in front of the house. A charging station for e-cars is also available.

The vacation home can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
