Cozy, homely, feel comfortable: This sensation is felt immediately in this well-kept cottage, located on the edge of the park, with the necessary privacy to relax deservedly.

When dividing the house, a separate toilet with a hand basin and a bathroom with a ground-level shower and sink have been designed in the entrance area. Another door leads you to the kitchen/dining area. Through a very well-equipped open kitchen, they have the opportunity to prepare their meals quickly and easily at any time and then enjoy them at the round dining table. To fill the dishwasher afterward, it then goes to the secondary kitchen, which is accessible in the open air right next to the main entrance.

That's also where you'll find the large refrigerator, a freezer, and the washer and dryer. Adjacent to the dining area is the transition into the spacious living room. On the cozy corner (bed) sofa you make yourself comfortable, for example, to watch a movie together on the large TV. Or in the separate rattan seating area, you can take a comfortable seat and end the evening with a fine drop of wine. On colder days you can also watch the flames playing in the fireplace and feel the soothing warmth, so simply experience relaxation! The double bed 180 x 200 cm in the adjoining bedroom invites you to a good night's sleep.

From the living room and bedroom, you have direct access to the southwestern garden area. The aperitif you can enjoy regardless of the weather in the seating lounge under the covered and heated seating area. The garden borders on a so-called "schurveling", a nature-protected grassed sand barrier, which is still typical for the surroundings of Ouddorp. When you make yourself comfortable on top of the schurveling in a lounger, just let yourself be captured by nature and beautiful surroundings for unforgettable impressions.

An open spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 2.00 and one bedroom with a bed 90 x 2.00.

In front of the house, there is 1 parking place at your disposal.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
