UplandParcs Winterberg is a luxurious holiday park in one of the most beautiful spots in Sauerland. The holiday homes are centrally located within walking distance of the ski area in Winterberg. Here you will find 27 km of slopes and Erlebnisberg Kappe. Also, the centre with restaurants and shops and nature with many walking and mountain bike trails are within reach from your holiday home.


 
This holiday villa with 4 bedrooms offers space for 8 people. The light and spacious living room with log burner has a cozy sitting area and a large dining table. From the living room you can reach the terrace facing south. The luxurious open-plan kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils so that you will not lack anything. Enjoy a relaxing moment in the wonderful sauna. Downstairs you will find the first bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor, the spacious landing leads to three bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony facing south. The bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds and enough cupboard space. The second bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Skis and bicycles can be stored in the private storage room attached to the house. There is a reception desk and a bakery in the holiday park. Here you will also find a charging station for electric cars and a playground.

Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and bachelor parties. In case of a noise complaint you may be denied access to the accommodation. We charge a deposit of one hundred euros per person for groups of 6 or more. If children are part of your group, no deposit will be charged.
