This spacious and comfortable penthouse is located on the fourth floor of UplandParc Silvretta and is characterised by its high ceiling and very large balcony with a view of the mountain landscape. You enter the penthouse through the spacious hallway, which leads into the cosy living room with modern kitchen, equipped with luxury appliances. Next to the seating area is the dining table for 6 people. Through the large windows you can enjoy the impressive panoramic view from here and the directly access the large balcony.

There are three double bedrooms, one of them is set up as a master bedroom with its own bathroom. The second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms and is equipped with an walk-in shower.The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating, which gives off a pleasant warmth. There is a heated ski room for your ski equipment and a lockable bike shed for your bikes in summer. The penthouse can be reached from the parking garage by lift or stairs.

The Zamang valley station is only 600 m away and can be easily reached on foot. It offers a direct connection to the Silvretta Montafon ski area. 

Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and bachelor parties. In case of a noise complaint you may be denied access to the accommodation. We charge a deposit of one hundred euros per person for groups of 6 or more. If children are part of your group, no deposit will be charged.
