This spacious villa is built as a kind of split level. The entrance, kitchen, hall, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 'ground floor' and the spacious living room is deeper and can be reached via a low staircase through both the kitchen and the entrance.
 
On the ground floor is an entrance with wardrobe and washing machine. There is a luxurious open kitchen, very complete and equipped with all conveniences. The living room with high ceiling has a lovely sofa with a view of the gas fireplace.

On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms.

Via the stairs in the middle of the house you reach the loft with a view of the living room. Here is the 'master bedroom' with Emma Deluxe 2 person box spring (180x200cm) and private sanitary facilities. And what makes this room really unique is the view over the dunes!

On the ground floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a guest toilet in the hall. The bedroom on the first floor has a 2nd bathroom ensuite (in the bedroom a shower, toilet and sink).

TERRACE
There is a terrace with furniture.

ENVIRONMENT
Due to its central location, the entire island is fantastic to explore. Via a bicycle / foot path you cross the dunes to the beach. The village and many shops are only 2.5 km away.
