Description
Three unique farmhouses have been built in the middle of the Noord-Beveland polder landscape, one of them is available for rent. It is a 6-person house on Groeneweg 4, located directly on the inlays of the Oosterschelde National Park with a beach on the Oosterschelde. The house offers a panoramic view over the Noord-Beveland polder, which is wonderful to enjoy at any time of the year.
Within 5 minutes you are also on the banks of the Veerse Meer and the Banjaard with the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. The many cycle paths along the island along the coastline offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the most beautiful views.
The fantastically bright living room with cozy fireplace and open kitchen is beautifully decorated. At the dining table it is wonderful to recover after a long walk. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a flat screen TV. The house provides 2 bathrooms, both with washbasin and a walk-in shower. There are also two separate toilets one downstairs and one upstairs. The house has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a twin bed and two on the first floor with 2 single beds each.
In front of the house is a beautiful ornamental garden with terrace, where a comfortable garden set is waiting for you. On the side of the house is a covered terrace with a garden shed for your bikes. Behind the house is a beautiful lawn with built-in trampoline for children to play. On several terraces around the house you can enjoy after a day of cycling with a drink from the view over the polder.
There is a washing machine in the utility room. Next to the house is space to park two cars.

Wir kennen die Region gut, bisher haben wir immer etwas im angrenzenden Beach resort gebucht.
Das tun wir aber nicht mehr wenn Groeneweg 4 verfügbar ist.
Sicher ist, wir kommen wieder.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het prachtige uitzicht en de rust hebben ons goed gedaan. De service van Ruiterplaat was uitstekend. Er ontbraken wat zaken en er waren wat zaken kapot/gebroken toen we aankwamen. Dit werd snel en accuraat opgelost door Ruiterplaat.

We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad in het huisje, dat er prima en goed onderhouden uitzag en voldoende ruimte bood. Ook de tuin was prima onderhouden en bood voldoende privacy en was behoorlijk ruim. De ligging op de rand van de duinen en de polder was prima voor mooie wandelingen. Ondanks de aanvankelijke misverstanden zou ik zeker weer bij Ruiterplaat boeken.

Wir konnten viel Fahrrad fahren, es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Der Aussenbereich ist auch schön gestaltet. Es ist alles da was man sich wünscht. Es liegt nah am Wasser, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es liegt ruhig. Und ist hundefreundlich. Auch Kinder sind Willkommen.
