This spacious, detached semi bungalow with landscaped garden on the southwest is equipped for five people. The living room is located on the first floor and from of here you have a truly stunning view of the marina and National Park “Oosterschelde”.

The hall gives access to four bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and is connected with a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet. This bathroom is also accessible from the hall. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds with acces to the second bathroom with a shower and a sink. A bedroom with a bunkbed and a bedroom with a queensize bed. During the summermonths you can actually take a shower in the garden. 

On the upper floor is a spacious, atmospheric living room with view of the marina. De living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a cosy fireplace. 

The luxurious, open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped: a combi-microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a cooker and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large dining table that invites to cosy dining! From the living room you have access to a pleasant terrace on the southwest and equipped with garden furniture. There is also a guest toilet on the upper floor.

In the storage room is a washing machine, dryer and a fridge-freezer.

This very pleasant holiday home is located on Roompot Beach Resort. Were you have many facilities within reach. Think of a beach and marina, but also think of a subtropical swimming pool (against payment), a supermarket  and several catering establishments.

In short, a wonderful holiday home and a wonderful holiday destination!
