Enjoy the aperitif on their terrace and then walk to one of the numerous restaurants to indulge in culinary delights.

In front of the entrance to the apartment, there is enough free parking space to leave your car during your entire vacation. A metal staircase leads you to a roof, which serves as access to 4 adjacent apartments. The rear apartment is apartment West. 2 steps up, walk a few more steps and you are standing on your roof terrace equipped for cozy hours and the entrance door.

Through this door, you directly enter the bright living area, equipped with a cozy sitting area, which can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people (140 x 200 cm) with a few simple steps. The adjoining dining table can seat 6 guests and the fully equipped and furnished open kitchen has all the kitchen gadgets to prepare a delicious meal yourself. Through a door, the bathroom awaits you. Here you will find a shower and a sink in the bathroom. The toilet is separate with a small hand basin.

In the small storage room, you will find a washing machine and a folding bed for free use.

You will find your well-deserved night's rest via a staircase in the nicely converted and air-conditioned attic, equipped with 4 box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm.
